You do know a person with anti-social personality disorder cannot be helped with medication right?

No, I don't know that. Is it true? Are there sources to cite?
If it is true (and I am not saying you are wrong, I am professing genuine ignorance) I am frankly surprised.

It's a personality issue, like narcissim. For example, Donald Trump (not trying to get political) but it's pretty obvious he suffers from narcissistic personality disorder, medication can't help him, now therapy may help him understand he has an issue, and try to keep it in check, but won't change how he thinks.

Give Lex Luthor Prozac and he'll just be even happier hating Superman.

I feel you man. I'm not suicidal though. There's one thing I understood lately. Insecurity in an unstable society cause people to drown, to look deep into what it means to be a human being and to feel ashame of living.
Humans have departed from nature in building a social construct with norms, big infrastructures and a web of interconnectedness. Although they allowed for unseen creations in natural worlds, all those things shaved forests, polluted old and once pure waters and they mutilated our feelings toward each others.
What you're talking about, perhaps you never truly accepted deep in your heart the meaning of your words, of your thoughts. This world might seem meaningless at first hand, but isn't better than to have a dictated life? However, it's not entierely meaningless. It has a set of very fundamental laws that even reach our morality, from mathematical expressions to sustainable ways of life that we owe to respect for our own survival.
Our very existence is telling a lot about the mysteriousness of reality. Imagine a world where there's nothing and by nothing, I mean not even the interstellar void space or whatever possible physical entity. Nothing that could exist at all. Well, it doesn't. Stars are there, trees are there, rivers are there, other civilizations perhaps, our own species, etc. The list of wonderful things is almost infinite and what I've realize is : we never live or die. We are all part of this eternal self-functionning world, under one form or another.
I hope it doesn't sound like religions because, like you, I despise people arrogant enough to claim they have the truth about all of this. I'm only speaking my mind and trying to reassure you that, like moving from your first house, leaving your girlfriend or losing someone you care about, it hurts at first, but you recover a certain peace inside and dying in this world is probably something like that. However, there're so many beautiful things in this world worth caring about that I intend to go through some suffering to experience what this world has to offer. After all, living is all about sensations and especially, love. We unfortunately live in this 1600s european philosophy and archaic economy, destroying the very essential of what it means to be a human being and making us nihilistic.
Wow, I never intended to be this long, but here are my thoughts of the day. I hope you find your way. Each of us has to. Death is a meaningless option. The only way to counter this is to live, to give a sense to this life we've been fortunate enough to possess, by our means, our will, our hopes and the few people that really care about us.
            Good day!

              Good. It's not fun.

Sure, I can agree with that.

First of all, the world and life are not meaningless, meaning is omnipresent. Second, we don't "owe" anything
              anything
              .
Our very existence is telling a lot about the mysteriousness of reality. Imagine a world where there's nothing and by nothing, I mean not even the interstellar void space or whatever possible physical entity. Nothing that could exist at all.
The truth and meaning of itself would still exist in such a world.
Well, it doesn't. Stars are there, trees are there, rivers are there, other civilizations perhaps, our own species, etc. The list of wonderful things is almost infinite and what I've realize is : we never live or die. We do die. We cease to desire.
I hope it doesn't sound like religions because, like you, I despise people arrogant enough to claim they have the truth about all of this.
Well, that applies to me as well to an extent. We can't argue if we're both in the middle, shrugging our shoulders.
I'm only speaking my mind and trying to reassure you that, like moving from your first house, leaving your girlfriend or losing someone you care about, it hurts at first, but you recover a certain peace inside and dying in this world is probably something like that. However, there're so many beautiful things in this world worth caring about
No, nothing is ever "worth" caring about. You care or you don't. "Worth" is a myth.
that I intend to go through some suffering to experience what this world has to offer. After all, living is all about sensations and especially, love.
Eh, love is for weaklings and masochists.
              (Relax, I'm only half-serious.)
We unfortunately live in this 1600s european philosophy and archaic economy, destroying the very essential of what it means to be a human being and making us nihilistic.
Or we're simply changing to something else.
I hope you find your way. Each of us has to.
No, none of us "has to" anything.
              Death is a meaningless option.
              No, nothing is meaningless.

              That might be true.
              Good day!
Good day and, if we don't speak again, good luck!

Well, since English is not my native language, it's limiting my complete thought, but I believe our ''opposing'' arguments are a matter of perspective and context, definitions and choices of words. Perhaps I'm wrong, perhaps I'm right. This world can be quite ambiguous at times!
Or we're simply changing to something else.
I hope so, mate. I hope so

Ahah! Don't underestimate them, Frodo still own Sauron!

No, he didn't, Gollum bailed Middle Earth out by simply being Gollum. And owning Frodo in a fight.
