The GCPD Didn't notice Jerome infiltrating them

I found it odd that the other police in the GCPD didn't notice Jerome leave the GCPD Morgue or walk away with Dwight, especially when he was sticking out with a banged on his head to cover up the fact that his face was removed. Unless they were a follower of Jerome, I just find it odd that nobody in the GCPD would question him on that. Maybe that is why everything after Jerome left the morgue was conducted off screen, because it would be ridiculous.

I just explained to myself about walking out of the P.D was that all the officers were out at the news station and lee was the only one there there lol

To be fair to the GCPD, they've had a lot of turnover and most of the recruits are pretty green.

Something tells me that GCPD has a weekly turnover rate with cops being killed, arrested or simply quitting.
