Just finished Ep 9, and I'm confused as to how Claire got her hands on Reva's flash drive. Last I remember of it was when Jessica Jones gave it to Luke at the end of her season. Did I miss the scene where Luke gives it to Claire?

He gives it to her after he gets shot the first time and they attempt to take out the bullet.

Cool, thanks. It was hard to see. Thought it was a dog tag or something.
Wasn't Reva's drive bright yellow in Jessica Jones? Maybe he changed the shell or something.

That could have been oversight by the writers (sort of like how Obama is POTUS in Luke Cage when Matthew Ellis is POTUS in the MCU movies).
