Those two are some of my favorite Batman villains and yet they were only in 1 episode each. Maybe Dent was in 2 I cant remember. But come on, bring them back in. Have Dent maybe become a rival with Penguin and Scarecrow start teaching at Arkham. Anyone agree?

I agree with having Dent back but Scarecrow is a teenager I think therefore it wouldn't make sense for him to start teaching plus he's now insane.
