2007 was the first time I paid to see a superhero film in the theater and boy howdy I got three strikeouts with Spider-Man 3, Ghost Rider, and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. 2016 was disappointing but 2007 was beep torture.

The first X-Men. I loved it at the time, doubt I could sit through it now.

Don't know if it counts, but Batman: Mask of the Phantom. It was awesome.

                Batman Returns.
I remember my dad whispering in my ear
                "thats Catwoman's nail"
when Batman was in his Batcave taking out a nail from his armor after he first encountered Catwoman.

Spider-Man 2002, but I also grew up watching the Michael Keaton Batman movies from the early 90s. To this day, Spidey and Bats are still my two favorite superheroes.

                        Donner Superman, which I disliked.
Then after that, Howard the Duck, which I really liked.

The first comic films I watched were Batman 89, Batman Returns,Superman 78 and Superman 2. Of course that's cause they were the only comic book films we had when I was a kid. Except for the Captain America movie from 1990 which had Red Skull as an albino guy for most of the film for some stupid reason. As a kid I don't event think I knew the albino guy was Red Skull.
