That's a personal choice. Crusty bread. Crackers. Fruit. I love cheese and fruit best. There's nothing better than Edam cheese and a juicy apple, or some grapes etc. You'll have fun experimenting to see how you like to eat your cheese. Maybe you'll just like a chunk of it on its own.
