Jason should've just executed the Joker himself than try to make Bruce do it.
I know he was trying to prove a point that certain scum in the city must die and the Joker himself, but he should've known that he will never kill any of them because he has been self-righteous all of the years fighting crime and it's a personal game for him not to break his "no killing rule".
