Is Spiderman confirmed for Infinity War? I hope so as Spiderman should really be at the forefront of the Avengers, being the most iconic character and all.

Yes though it's technically a step down from CA Civil War, where we had Iron Man, Spiderman, Captain America, Black Panther, Ant Man, Black Widow and Hawk-Eye in the same movie.
