Ok so I've never read the Superman comics and have seen the movies with Christopher Reeves and now that I'm watching Smallville..
I don't understand why the Meteor rocks make Clark sick since they're from his planet .could someone maybe explain why they make him sick ??

As radioactive remnants of Krypton, they have a sickening effect once exposed to a genetic Krytonian much like natural radiation would have on us humans, that's pretty much been the explanation for a long time
