The new Batman and Justice League movies all take place in the same universe. Following them, you would usually go with the release date for a timeline. But I don't think that's accurate this time. If you go by release date order, the movies would be:
    Justice League: War
    Son of Batman
    Batman: Assault On Arkham
    Justice League: Throne of Atlantis
    Batman vs. Robin
    Batman: Bad Blood
    Justice League vs. Teen Titans
However, if you think about it, once you throw Damian into the equation, that order doesn't make much sense. Batman is still going solo during
    Assault on Arkham
, then is taking care of Damian during
    Son of Batman
    and
    Batman vs Robin
    . At the end of
    Batman vs Robin
, Damian goes to stay with the monks, during which time Batman joins with the Justice League for
    War
    and
    Throne of Atlantis
. Damian then comes back during
    Bad Blood
, after which he too joins the Justice League and then the Teen Titans in
    Justice League vs Teen Titans
. So the REAL timeline order goes:
    Batman: Assault on Arkham
    Son of Batman
    Batman vs. Robin
    Justice League: War
    Justice League: Throne of Atlantis
    Batman: Bad Blood
    Justice League vs Teen Titans

There are 2 issues with the timeline you made though.
#1 - Assault on Arkham isn't part of that connected movie universe. Believe it or not its supposed to take place in the same universe as the Arkham video games.
#2 - In JL: Throne of Atlantis there is a scene where Batman is chasing down Scarecrow and the league pulls him away. Batman sends Damien to take care of it.
There is a bonus feature on the JL:ToA DVD showing Nightwing and Robin taking Scarecrow down. At the end of the short bonus scene you see Talon from The Court of Owls secretly watching Damien.
So Throne of Atlantis definitely takes place between Son of Batman & Batman vs Robin.

We can arguably include Justice League: Flashpoint as the place where the new continuity comes into existence. So, we could consider this to be the correct order:
        Justice League: Flashpoint
        Justice League: War
        Son of Batman
        Justice League: Throne of Atlantis
        Batman vs. Robin
        Batman: Bad Blood
        Justice League vs. Teen Titans
        Justice League Dark

          Justice League: Flashpoint
          Justice League: War
          Son of Batman
          Justice League: Throne of Atlantis
          Batman vs. Robin
          Batman: Bad Blood
          Justice League vs. Teen Titans
          Justice League Dark
This is also the correct release order.
So yeah I know the OP wanted to make a timeline that made more sense (where is Damien during War and Throne), but the bonus scene on the Throne DVD pretty much shows these movies are released in the order they happen.
Also, I do not believe Flashpoint Paradox can be used are the kick off of the new movie continuity. At the end of the movie after the universe was altered Flash gives Batman a letter from his father. Yet in War Flash meets Batman for the first time and is star struck.

Yes that was in the future, as flash when he ran back in time was far into his career, everyone was here we are going back and seeing the altered history of these characters.

Yea plus Flashpoint has the lead in scene at the end for War with the Parademons coming in through the boom tubes.

I got very confused about whether this movie is a sequel or what. I bought 'cause I'm a Teen Titans fan

I wouldn't call it a sequel, per se, but it is part of the over-all continuity of animated films spun out of DC's New 52 universe.
