She just told Darkh what was going to happen, with this knowledge he can stop that from happening. There is NO logical reason to this. And let's not even get into put pulling out a blade in a place with armed protection everywhere.
Also
Why in the * didn't Mick and Ray Stop Stein BEFORE he talked to Darkh, they saw him coming, they could have ran and got him or heck even called him over.

Sara has always been a hit and miss character to me. She was Okay in arrow, but in Legends i cannot stand her. She comes across as whining even when she doesn't whine she makes it all about herself.

Martin Stein actually did the same thing with Soviet Firestorm.
The problem is that they are all bad leaders.
Martin Stein is indecisive and needs time to make a plan.
Ray Palmer is too naive and trusting.
Sara Lance can make hard calls but the Damien Darhk is too personal. Not sure why she gives a beep about Laurel anyway.
Mick Rory would probably turn the crew into time pirates.
Jax, Nate and Amaya are too inexperienced.
Sara is probably the least bad option the team have.
The Legends need to get Rip back, he knew what he was doing?

When Sara said it or when Laurel did it?
Laurel helped her with the Lazarus pit. And Sara said it in this episode, I think it was when Jax accused her of hypoccrite because she refused to change history unless her family was involved. -

You mean the time Laurel turned her into a mindless zombies locked in her basement, making her nearly kill several people?
It was Constantine that actually helped her. All Laurel did was nearly condemn her to a fate worse than death.

They wanted another female lead. Because, you know. White men suck and are the enemy!
