I think its felecitys boyfriend. Twice now hes told oliver beep he shouldnt know. Like when tobia ls church was first beaten by prometheus felecitys bf told oliver about it. And then when tobias church was killed, felecitys bf told oliver tobias church was killed because he got in the way of oliver queen and prometheus. But all the cops were dead by the time anyone got there so there was no reason for felecitys bf to know that at this point other then the fact that hes prometheus

Remember how Merlyn controlled Thea/got her to kill Sara. Betting Prometheus is responsible for Lance. He knocks Lance out or has some method to control him.
Prometheus then dresses Lance in costume/sends him out on missions. Lance wakes up thinking he fell off the wagon/tries to hide it.
If I'm correct about this, it will not bode well for any members (current/former) of Team Arrow. Thinking that Prometheus will get to the others at some point/have Ollie face off against his friends/family. -

It's someone who has been collecting Oliver's arrows for the past four years. Think of everyone (males) from the first season and you may find the answer. The other clue is he knows about the list. I would rule out any major character like Malcolm, Tommy and Slade makes no sense.

Too short to be Lance and it would be dumb just like Prometheus costume when in comic books it is completely different. But I enjoyed tonight's episode it sort reminded me of season 1-2, it's best when there isn't that Olicity crap.

Yes, but the difference with Thea is that Merlyn spent a long while training her pretty hardcore. So while he did drug her, the drug didn't give her all her abilities. Drugging Lance wouldn't make him be able to fight like that.

Yes, it's also my belief that the real Prometheus wounded him and planted one of his "stars".
Lance doesn't have any formal training, and Prometheus has some serious fighting skills.
Either Lance was set up, or we're talking some kind of mind control or programming that Lance is not aware of at a conscious level.
But my "money" is on set-up. -

I think i figured it out. Prometheus is using anagrams of peoples names so what if his name itself is an anagram.
possible ones are: 1.TOMS UP HERE
2. SUP TOM HERE
3. SUPER TOM
4. SET UP HERO
5. UPSET HERO
and the list goes on. just a theory what do y'all think?
lance was either drugged and "mind controlled" like thea was bc the Prometheus we saw fighting on the train wasn't like the one we saw before he wouldn't haven't got cut by Artemis -

We haven't heard from dear Merlyn this season. Wouldn't be the first time he uses deception against team Arrow for some (for now) unknown reason. He could use the drug he used on Thea (when she killed Sara), to make him do stuff. Would still need a darn good explanation on how Lance became a kick-ass fighter, but would be a better story than Lance just having a split personality.
But I'm pretty sure it's not Lance, and that we won't find out more about Prometheus and his motives until (at least) mid-season.
