Why are affleck and irons pretending the audiences liked it?

I am still waiting to find someone who actually really liked this movie in real life the taxi driver today said that both BvS and SS were totally $hit.
Same, I have a pretty large group of friends who hit the movies and about half really liked MoS.. evidenced by them passing me digital codes for it to the point I had about 6 extras. (I mentioned I'm trying to only buy blu-rays w/digital codes and about 90% of my friends said they don't use them and would forward them to me) then when BvS came out, I only got one digital code. and now most of the original people that liked MoS are saying it didn't age well, especially next to the horrible follow up which made it clear that the mistakes supposed to be addressed never would be.
That's about an accurate a focus group as I could get. All movie fans, all comic book fans.. varying interests in films outside of CBM's, nobody shy about what they love or hate
And to add insult to injury, the one BvS digital code I got, the guy said he just got it for the UC expecting a better movie, and it wasn't.Thanks to Batmeh v Supermeh Yawn of Justice, the "S" now stands for Sidekick -

I think there are two camps.those who liked it and those who didnt you know
But internet is home for those who like to cry and whine so logically those who hated it are here
I dont know is it really that hard to believe that someone may like something you dont?
"Well they like crappy movies!"
Oh shut up!

I think it's more a case of 4 groups
One: those who like it just because it's DC and dislike Marvel. They ignore all problems with it and invent things to explain away plot holes and issues that mostly seem to come from thin air and are never mentioned in the film. These are the ones who deem anyone who disliked it as a troll or just unenlightened and didn't get it
Two: people who liked it but acknowledge it's far from perfect and has some genuine flaws that should have been dealt with
Three: those who dislike it because it's DC and only criticise it while ignoring any good aspects of the film
Four. Those who dislike it but enjoyed aspects of it but just didn't feel the good outweighed the bad and didn't enjoy it
Just my thoughts -

No I can believe it .
Just to be clear are these people who like it in spite of it's flaws or who think it has no flaws
?
I mean enjoyed it a lot and gave it a 7 out of ten.but I would never sit there and claim it was a masterpiece with no issues
It has problems. The main one for me is for it's overstuffed and trying to be about 4 different films
Superman 2
Batman reboot
Wonder Woman intro
Setting up justice league
Death of superman which I felt was too rushed
I feel as well superman and batman needed to talk more
And if just to be nit picky wally shoukd have been transformed into Metallo rather than lex using doomsday
To have something he can use ie he creates a protector of man made by a man -

Well we are creatures who love and live by movies? We take a movie an analyse it and decide if its a good movie or not according to our standards
But some people just see a movie a say if the liked it or not and thats all for them
In this movie there are clear signs of to many cooks in the kitchen. We could talk about that all day
I gave it 7/10 but after seeing Ultimate cut ( not that it was a huge improvement but it gave me some things I missed, mostly logical stuff) I genuinely came to love it I changed it to 8/10.
It is a huge mix of things
But it has a huge re-watch value for it. I love what I see. I accepted the messy stuff and I maybe have 2 or 3 things I really thing are very wrong but despite all that it is a still quite original experience with great imagery and action -

Yeah I agree totally with this and it never helps.and yes we could discuss it all day
But you've raised a point on the uncut version. (Which I have yet to see). Which do we see as the real movie? The uncut version or the one released in theater
Iis the uncut version non canon -

Im not entirely sure if I understand your question sorry

I love english but sometimes I struggle
uncut version is only extended. More scenes (30+ minutes which is a LOT!) more character developmentespecially Clark I was so pleased he had more scenes it definitely did a lot for me
they are both canon but I always prefer extended cuts because it is more immersive experienceSlower yes BUT if you love the movie there should be no problem! If you didnt why watch extended cut right?
I wish we saw the version Snyder intended without Warner Bros need to start world building but Im unclear where is that line
Also Snyder had too much on his hands and he sometimes struggles with narrative. But I prefer this movie to MCU movies. It has that sort of organic, visceral feel to it -

What I'm trying to say is what if they start referencing things that appear in the extended cut. Things not everyone has seen.
I don't think Snyder is a very good story teller. Visually he's phenomenal but as a teller of a plot..he falls apart. I think yes probaly not all of it is his fault but I think he should not have tried to tell this massive story in one go
That's why Marvel despite it's occasional missteps to me will be better at least right now is it let it's world be born bit by bit over many movies culminating in avengers. It's like a book
Avengers is the end of book one
DC is trying to throw everything in the pot to catch up rather than letting it come naturally .
And to go off topic and talk about DC I think they are bringing them out too fast before feedback can be considered
Man of steel felt like it had some vision but now I think dc is reacting to fast without thinking how best to make it work
I have to go now but it was great chatting with you -

Only thing I will say is that people blame it on DC themselvesits all been under Warner Bros reckless decisions
Now it should be different well see
And yes Snyders storytelling is not perfect but he did a great job with Watchmen imo and that movies story is one the most complex things in comic book history
