I don't hate TLS, and I think Apocalypse is quite good (best superhero movie of 2016, IMO). People act like TLS is some abomination, but there's a lot of fun to be had in that movie. And some good action. It's not as bad as Spider-Man 3.

If you can't defend a movie without bashing another, you will be put on ignore. No exceptions.

I really like the scene from First Class when Eric enters the pub in Argentina, that was the movies stand out moment for me. DOTP was the best movie overall though in my opinion. Apocalypse was disappointing especially after DOFP.

I don't think the first two films have aged very well at all, though most of the second one does hold up. I think First Class and Days of Futur Past are easily and handily the best films in the franchise, and among the all time best comic book films. Unfortunately, while Last Stand is really stupid and totally disregards what works about the first two films, I prefer it to Apocalypse which was plain boring.

I want to first say that I've never been a fan of Singer's first 2 X-Men movies
I dont deny they are good and The Overwhelming Majority really like them and think they are great movies, but for me, I'm just in the minority here, I just dont like themI watch them maybe once every few years and enjoy them but they just dont have a fun factor or rewatch factor for me
so with that being said, for me its X-Men: First Class, Days of Future Past, & Apocalypse HANDS DOWN
First, X-Men First Class Is IMO The Best X-Men movie in The entire X-Men Series(although Deadpool is my favorite)
Days of Future Past has REALLY Grown on me, when I first saw DOFP, I felt very similar with it as I did with Singers first 2 X-Men movies.I liked it but didn't understand why everyone loved it so much and why it was so praised.I've now watched the movie like 6 times and TRULY like it and completely understand the praise it got
Apocalypse was a massive Disappoint, not even close to the quality of FC and DOFP.and its a shame too because going into Apocalyspe , had Apocalypse been good or even close to quality of FC and DOFP IMO it could have put The FC,DOFP and Apocalypse Trilogy in The same league as The Best CBM trilogies ever
For Me,I have The Dark Knight Trilogy and The Captain America Trilogy TIED for The best CBM trilogy of all timeand I think the Majority agrees with those 2 too, the order may be different, some may have TDKT #1 and Cap Trilogy #2 or Vice Versa but the Point is, going by Polls,Lists and The Majority Consensus, I think Most people would have TDKT and the Cap Trilogy as The 2 best CBM trilogies ever.
and I think had Apocalypse been good to great and completed The Trilogy With The same quality as the first 2 films It could have very well been mentioned in The same league as The best CBM's trilogies ever With TDKT and Cap Trilogy
But Unfortunately Apocalypse just wasn't very good.
Its still a good trilogy, but it could have been Great.
If Had had to rank all six films in both Trilogies my rankings would be-
                    X-Men: First Class-8.5/10
                    X-Men: DOFP-.5/10
                    X-Men-8/10
                    X-Men 2-8/10(maybe 8.5/10)
                    X-Men: Apocalypse-5.5/10
                    X-Men: The Last Stand-6.5/10

I prefer First Class, Days of Future Past, & Apocalypse to the original trilogy.

                        First Class > X-Men
                        DOFP > X2
                        Apocalypse > The Last Stand
                        Ranking of all six:

                        1. Days of Future Past
                        2. First Class
                        3. X-Men 2
                        4. X-Men: Apocalypse
                        5. X-Men
                        6. The Last Stand
How does it feel to be deconstructed?
