Could they? yes but only if it fits, so no Supergirl couldn't because that's not even the person Kara is, but Arrow did have Felicity humping Oliver like a day after breaking up with Ray, and Laurel hooking up with Oliver when hours earlier she was still into Tommy so it's kind of like eh depends.
The Originals had Freya being the loving aunt babysitting during the day but come nightfall she randomly hooks up with any bloke she fancies and it's not a big deal, the only gripe anyone had was Klaus just not wanting her bringing strays into his house.
Though I doubt a show on the CW would play for chuckles the notion like LOT did that Sara's a little sex mad, given hooking up with the woman she was meant to be protecting is apparently a reoccurring element, atleast not outside of a sitcom that is. -

I'm not sure how sex works with Supergirl or Superman.
But females are sexually lazy. Men are the ones who have to work to get laid. It's not a double standard because women can get pregnant.

The argument that a woman shouldn't sleep around because she can get pregnant is pretty ridiculous considering it takes two people to make a baby. A man should be just as concerned that he can get a woman pregnant as a woman should be that she can get pregnant. Actually, perhaps a man should be more concerned, since a woman will be able to choose what happens if she gets pregnant where a man will have to go along with the woman's choice if he gets one pregnant.
