the reverse flash is alive now, or is he a time thing from the past? cause won't he just disappear cause he's from a time line that doesn't exist, or is he gonna disappear cause Eddie is dead. are we just waiting for Eddie's death to catch up to reverse flash?
also if anyone watch legends of tomorrow,
reverse flash is in the 1940's but how if he couldn't time travel before without Barry
also is the reverse flash cured from his lack of speed force issue he had in season one? and he won't even know Barry's childhood anymore right, cause he wasn't watching him grow up, so Barry's dad would still be in jail?

Eddie's still dead as far as we know (although he'll likely return as Cobalt Blue if the universe likes me) and the Thawne we've seen since Eddie's death is a Thawne from another timeline far in the future. The show explained it (or tried to) by saying that Thawne was protected by the speedforce somehow.
Alternatively, the Eddie we knew who sacrificed himself could've been reanimated at the end of season one as he was being pulled into the black hole which could explain why Eobard is still alive.

Thawne's existence right now is inherently paradoxical.
The Thawne in the season premiere (who is presumably also the Thawne currently on LoT) is the same Thawne who traveled back in time to kill Nora. Except that now, instead of being stuck in the past and being forced to become Harrison Wells, he's free, in full control of his powers, and about to join the Legion of Doom.

but why does his have full control of his powers? he should be dying down now cause he was the first time he killed Nora? it's like they forgot what happens after reverse flash the first time.

He wasn't dying after he killed Nora in season 1. He only lost his speed.

Yeah. It was Zoom who was dying. Its easy to mistake because both villains were the same exact character with the same motivation.

OK he's not dying, but why hasn't he lost his speed?

I don't believe it was ever outright stated that killing Nora was the cause of Eobard's power loss. As I recall, the journey back to that fateful night - the kick-off point for the events that would lead into Season 1 - was the latest of what was implied to be many instances of time travel for Eobard, and the straw that finally broke the speedster's back, as it were.
Season 2 saw Thawne's younger self later realizing that he must have become trapped in the present at some stage, for people such as Barry and Dr. Tina McGee to have prior knowledge of him. Presumably, with knowledge of that information, he has taken care not to abuse his powers the way his older self did.
We all have our problems, some just hide it better.
