        I honestly didn't recognize her with that outfit and ludicrous hair.
        There was no story or plot reason for her to be dressed like that.

          It was glorious homage being paid to her iconic look in the comics. By the way there was reason for her to look like that. She was dressed up to go out on the town. Deal with it.

            She picked up her undercover work to go after Mariah and Shades. Maybe a bit silly, seeing as they could easily recognize her after being face to face many times, but still, the point is pretty clear: She is firmly on Luke's side and is 100% dedicated to bringing down Mariah and ending corruption in Harlem.
