Over the past year or so I have read so many comments that object to casting for James Olsen "because he is a buff stud, unlike the comic book Jimmy Olsen."
So the thought occurred to me, what if Kevin Hart had been chosen to play him, would all the objectors be happy with that? After all Hart is short and puny. Would that make them happy?
My guess is "no" because I really believe the core of all the objections came down to having an actor of color play Olsen, but objectors disguised their racism by objecting to his physique and mannerisms.
What say the rest of you? Would casting Kevin Hart have solved that problem?

Think more Michael B. Jordan. Now imagine HIM playing Jimmy. Hottie McHot Hot. And he's a much better actor.
