- Season-opening double episode.
- Holiday "very special" episode (including flashback to 'winter celebration' on Krypton when Kara was 10-11 and Kal-El a newborn)
- Big late-season episode teaming up against a super-foe (maybe a very Brainy one).
Maybe a couple other scenes where they talk on the phone or something, but that's it. Don't overdo it.

No more than 4 tops.
I say a holiday episode, but seeing as episode 8 is the midseason final and he isn't in it or known filmed. Most likely towards seasons end.
I do hope that in season 3, he appears in a holiday episode with Lois Lane coming along and introduced. -

Tyler Hoechlin will most likely start filming the movie The Domestic with Kate Bosworth in Lousiana at the end of this month. He's one of the leads so the next two months I don't think he'll have much time to be on Supergirl.

LOL.
"The 'Death' of Superman" bombed in the 1990s (almost killed off the entire comics industry) and it bombed as the storyline of BvS.
They're not going to rehash that bull$#$# fake death storyline any more GDamn times.- You ever seen Superman $#$# his pants? Case closed.

The immediate reaction to the SG/Hoechlin Superman is that he is happy, witty, optimistic, not the Zack Snyder version crippled with self-doubt and depression.
They're not going to piss that out the window with another mournful rehashing of the already-failed disastrous "death" storyline.- You ever seen Superman $#$# his pants? Case closed.

I don't see why they can't just make him a regular. This character is separate from the DCEU and Krypton is before him and Kara, so why not just keep Clark as the new employee at Catco? I guess though, it would take too much away from Supergirl.
Yeah well, you know thats just like, your opinion man. -

Unless Hoechlin's career suddenly takes off like a rocket, he should be available as a semi-regular.
He shouldn't be there every week or even every other weeks, but I could see him appearing in 5-6 episodes although briefly in a couple of them. -

He seems to be in the premier based on the previews.
I'd expect him to be in a couple of the first episodes and a couple of the last episodes.
I don't want him to be in many more, at least as Superman. This show is about Supergirl.
