i'm not sure it's so structural.. the impact between the movies and SHIELD is generally all one way the closest you get is perhaps the hellicarrier from Avengers 2.

Still, there's a lot of characters from the movies that turn up in the series, and the series follows the overall story arc of the movies, referencing everything by name and elaborating on a lot of their plot points. That's very structural.
None of this happens on Netflix.

I would prefer AoS to stay right where it is, but if the alternatives are cancellation or being picked up by Netflix, I think the choice is pretty obvious.

AoS is sold heavily abroad and Netflix insists on those rights. Ain't gonna happen. You might see AoS moving to another pay service though.

Yup, it's the reason why Netflix passed on Agent Carter

Really no need for crossovers and it's a terrible idea

Netflix are interested in fresh ideas and fresh shows. Its why they passed on Agent Carter. I am not sure they will pick up AoS

Unless ratings REALLY go down I think 'AoS' is good for at least another season. Once they hit ~100 episodes, it's a whole new ballgame.

I hope so. I would prefer AOS on Netflix.

I'm not sure if Netflix would pick up Agents of Shield. They passed on Agent Carter which makes me sad.
