Because as far as the general public knows, Daredevil is just some crazy dude who dresses up at night and beats up bad guys. Nobody knows he's blind and has superpowers (except for his close friends), and he's not some highly trained agent or something. Plus he doesn't really fight in the spotlight. He's still a mystery at this point.
And nobody really knows Luke yet.

In the public's view Daredevil is a dude in pajamas that beats up thugs, Jessica Jones is a hard to work with drunk and Luke (as of episode 1) is just a dude trying to keep a low profile.
