No, they aren't like the Watchmen, but they are "Less Perfect" than in the past. Sothere is a slight comparison there. The Watchmen were not the prototypical super-heroes. And now, everyone is following that mold. The new Justice League is for sure. And I like it. I'm not a new reader, but I accept change and respect it.

Agreed. The DC New 52 is a mess. I gave up reading the whole lot.
My thought is that they should have just continued on from Flash Point. Everything worked for me with the characters and would have made a better starting point than a total reboot.
A total reboot just confuses the storytelling and the historical stuff is now obsolete. I however have also gone back to reading comics before the reboot and am enjoying those as well.
I stick to reading Indie Comics now as they have better writing and storytelling from such greats as Garth Ennis and Terry Moore is amazing along with Image stuff and Dynamite.

Superman and Wonder Woman acted no differently than they did in the Justice League Unlimited series, and that show was awesome.

          Agreed with OP.
However, after watching Crisis on Two Earths again I take to heart something Owlman said, "Every decision we make is meaningless, because somewhere on a parallel earth we've already made the opposite choice." With that said, I'd like to believe that the New 52 is a parallel earth created by the events of Flashpoint and that the DC Universe as we once knew it still exists somewhere.

That would be fine, if they did not scrap the original completely. They are also forcing this one from now on.

What's even worse is that all Original DC Movies now have to be in continuity with this one.
Meaning they won't adapt the way better Justice League stories from the 90's or make a Wonder Woman sequel. All their movies will be based on New 52 stuff, which I think the majority of the titles suck (except for Batgirl, Wonder Woman, Batman, and Aquaman)

Green lantern stories still go on from pre -flashpoint.Anyway the green lantern comics ARE ONE OF THE BEST in DC.

I loved the whole Owlman character so much. He had some of the best writing for a character in the animated DC movies. I wish he could have been featured in more stuff because he was such a fascinating villain.

I concur at you said at the changes. Personally I find it horrific too with the changes. Most of all, I can't believe the way how Superman talks. It is so unlike the Superman we used to know.

Superman. - was like that anyway, even in the 50's. The only real change is that he's more aggressive, which is exactly what he was like in the 80's 'Man of Steel' novels.
Green Lantern - Hal Jordan was never really that strong or a good leader. He was never funny to begin with and always was whiny. He didn't mature until later in his career.
WW - At least she talks now, unlike the original who was left out for a lot of major plots. In the more recent versions, she acts exactly like this.
The original Justice LEague had just met and for no reason at all(except horrendous writing) they just got along like they've been a team for years.
Shazam/ Cpt. Marvel - Was a thief. He did steal. He was an orphan who had nothing. He eventaully became a better person. and he's always had lightning powers. Power of Zeus, remember. They call him Shazam because DC can't exactly use the name Captain Marvel. You can blame DC for that. There's a reason why the books have been called Shazam! since the 60's when DC brought it back after a 20 year hiatus, since DC tried to kill the character off because he was a Fawcett comics character who was too similar to Superman.
Keep in mind, these characters are still in the early times of their careers. They aren't born instantly good people. Even in the original golden age versions they acted irresponsibly, but they learned a lesson afterwards.
