It wasn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination & it was "definitive Daredevil, either. So what? I thought it was a fun movie where most people involved, including Affleck, did a descent job. I was certainly entertained. What was Ben so unhappy about this movie anyway? The direction & vision of the character & film? I'unno.

The Only Reason It Sucked Was Because They Made Daredevil A Killer,And Cast Michael Duncan The Kingpin.SeriouslyMichael Clarke Duncan ? Laughable,To Say The Least.

He wasn't that bad. At least they got someone physically imposing. The kingpin in the books is 6'7 and 450 pounds of primarily overdeveloped muscle. Which is kind of hard to find with actors.
              Also also quote Marvel themselves.
Fisk has no superhuman powers, but the majority of his 400-plus pound bulk is solid muscle. When he delivered a kick to the Kingpin's back, Daredevil could only think, "Whatever that was, it wasn't fat. Felt more like rock".
I have a book from way back in my collection that the Kingpin was describe as 98% muscle. He has an appearance to others as fat, but he is not. As far as non-super powered characters, he is one the strongest in the Marvel U.
              Also about FISK:
Fisk has dedicated himself in training the oriental arts of sumo, hapkido, and others. These were combined with his physical prowess to create his own fighting style. Over the years Fisk has also adapted other fighting styles such as wrestling, street fighting, and other martial arts. On a daily basis Fisk trains himself with at least six hired martial artists who are sometimes armed with weapons and do not hold back on their attacks against Fisk. Throughout his career Fisk has easily bested other well-known martial artists and fighters like Daredevil, Punisher, Spiderman, Captain America and the notorious villain known as the Red Skull
