Haha, well I don't mean that violent.
I just don't want to watch a movie that is kiddish. I know the movies are PG-13 related, but yeah..

Superman Doomsday and Gotham Knight for sure.

Superman: Doomsday is the most violent but I think that the tone of JL: New Frontier is the most mature. Overall, I think the DC DVDs have been more aimed at the older fans than Marvels.

Most mature are Return of the Joker, Mystery of the Batwoman and Doctor Strange. The most violent are Ultimate Avengers 1 & 2.

In terms of violence not counting Superman:Doomsday, I'd actually say Doctor Strange was more violent/mature.
In Ultimate Avengers it was really only 'faceless aliens' that were killed.

What about Justice League: The New Frontier? It had some very bloody scenes, as well as some occult group of men trying to stab a boy.

All I can say is this: DC's animated features in general are vastly superior to Marvel's.

If only the same could be said about their live-action films not starring Batman.
Pleased to meet you. Hope you guess my name. 😉

It would help if they could actually make more than one or two films starring someone other than Batman.
