I laid on my stomach with my arms at my sides, head facing either direction but flat to the ground, she sat on my lower back/ass facing towards my head, felt where my spine was and pushed down but in an upwards motion. She got so many cracks I genuinely thought she snapped my back at first but it was probably all misaligned and put back straight One side cracked more than the other and it feels so loose and good now and the other side is all tight and restricted still. I'm terrified to let her do it again tho lmao
