There are 160.7 million non-hispanic white adults living in the US. Did you honestly think laundry detergent companies would sacrifice profiting more millions from NOT advertising to non- white adult population? We watch the commercials as well because we are watching what you watch on tv because your white face insist on being on tv. Therefore, obviously we are buying the products in the stores as well.
So by them not representing the "other" populations in the ads, would kind of be bad for business.
