I like it. Hamm is an interesting choice. I kind of like that you went with a masculine man of science rather than a more geeky version. I believe that is how he was originally portrayed in the comics. The rest of the cast fit they roles as well, even though Ryan Kwanten might be a bit old for Johnny.

I believe the whole cast is a little old. They're all older than their previous portrayers. For example Charlize Theron is 37 and Jessica Alba was just 24 when she first appeared as Sue Storm. Still, I would believe Kwanten to be Theron's younger brother. And I would believe them all to be younger than they actually are.
As for Hamm, you're right! I went with a more masculine choice! He would be great playing a smart, nerdy scientist and a masculine, badass superhero! I couldn't stand seeing Gruffud as Reid Richards on the first one. I figured he should be played by someone women actually like, and men would like to be. (No man would like to be Ioan Gruffud).
I think this cast would make a more badass Fantastic Four film. They need this film to be badass, cause the 2005 version wasn't bad, but is the lamest existing marvel film to date.
