      Yeah, I'm sure it was Bob Holt (Shadow Demon from Dungeons & Dragons) that did the roars and Hulks voice.
      There was an Ice Giant in a Dungeons & Dragons that sounded exactly like the Hulk's roars.

        The roar also turned up as Unicron's roar in The Transformers: The Movie.

          and for The Juggernaut on an episode of Spiderman & His Amazing Friends. I think the name of the episode was called "The XMen ADventure".
