Being that this show is called Iron Man: Armored Adventures, does this mean that all the Iron Man villains will be wearing armors cuz I don't remember Mandarin and Blizzard wearing armors in the comics

The majority of villains will be wearing armor in order to match against Iron Man. However, there are exceptions like Madame Masque, Count Nefaria, Mr. Fix, Living Laser, and Fin Fang Foom.

I liked the redesign of the villains, and yes, many of those villains did wear armors, or more specifically power-suits, that gave many of them their abilities, though in this show they emphasized their suits more. The armored look is probably to help their demographic, the kids, understand they can survive hits from Iron Man because they are wearing armor and not cloth.

This is based off the newer iron-man comic of tony stark at a young age.
