Good shout. Buy a bag of stir fry vegetables and do a stir fry. You will need some flavourings like Chinese spices and also soy sauce and sesame oil but it will be delicious.

if my plate is too bland I use black pepper, tobasco, habanero or wasabi. I've been trying to branch out to other spices but these are my main 4.
black pepper is a godsend for veggies though. so I can eat a plate of boring green forest trash and as long as it's got black pepper then it'll taste good.
smoothies is a good idea too. I have a ninja single serve blender and you can throw just about anything in there with frozen fruit and it'll taste good.
