He's looking like Matthew Perry did. He's looking bloated from alcohol.
I also think that similar to Russell Crowe, he gained weight for a movie (forgot which one), and he never really got his body back to normal. Between that and his partying, he's lost some of his magic.
He's still got good genes, and his famous haircut that he seems to retain which really suits him, but if he cut the booze out, I think he'd look a lot better.
