I've liked a lot of your role playing parts in some of your movies and Saw especially and for you NOT to come back in Saw 6 really saddened me! Like when I saw the ending and realized you didn't come back, I literally threw my Big Gulp Pepsi drink at the big screen and was shouting "where the hell is doctor gordon?"
I mean when the hell are you going to come back and make an appearance or take over jigsaws legacy or end it all or something?
Like with full honesty right here, I have lost all faith in you to ever come back into it and it saddens me because I think Saw was your best movie!
Looks like you've kinda lost a fan or so, including a lot of others!

In the future you may want to consider a spoiler warning as some of the other faithful Dr. Gordon shippers (such as myself) have yet to see the film. I hate hearing that he's not back but I will still be in line probably Halloween night to see it.

I'm sorry but you are not on a review board you are on a forum. This is for people to discuss actors and their films. If you don't want spoilers do not come on here.

Saw is not his best movie.
Please go watch Princess Bride or Robin Hood: men in tights. Also his lead in the Crush was memorable as well.

And I think he gave a great performance in Glory. This is a heart-breaking movie and his character - major Forbes- is wonderfully well-developed.

well I'm sure you didn't lose any fans cary, just upset a lot of people and I know me and a lot of others feel that you are the only one to bring the saw series back up!
Like if you really was to ever come back, you'd be my hero!
Just please be back in Saw, I beg of you, you were so good in that movie, especially when you said " beep this beep and after you sawed off your foot you threw the saw at the wall and was like AGGHHHH hahaha.
Anyways, Saw is still one of my favorite movies, but if you ever come back in a saw movie, that will be even better!
                    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CARY!!!

I thought his turn in Kiss the Girls was great. It was nice to see him in a darker role after seeing all of the other characters hes played which were mostly light hearted.
Even the shiniest piece of trash is still just piece of trash.

                        Also loved him in
                        Shadow of the Vampire
                        !
But yes, I agree that I'd love to see him in the next SAW installment. Even if it's ust a cameo perhaps the police coming to him for advice.
I would really like to think that Dr. Gordon dragged himself out, possibly felling into a coma after having lost so much blood and experiencing so much pain. Then awoke to his loving family in a hospital and now - somewhere - is practicing medicine possibly as a prosthetic doctor, having become interested when he was being fitted for his own foot.
                        I liked the guy.

Maybe Cary Elwes thinks the new SAW movies have NOTHING in common with the first film, and that they are disgusting, depraved and (worst of all) pointless movies for people who are so degenerate they actually find them amusing?!?

This is to you assf-2 who is probably Cary Elwes himself!
But I don't find the Saw movies amusing at all, I only like the first Saw movie which I find to be a legit movie with a good story, and in my opinion, I think it's hard these days finding a good movie that can top of Saw. I just think that they should end the series already because all they are doing is milking out the franchise and since I happen to be a big fan of Cary and his movies then I'd kinda like to see him in Saw 7 (finally) so he can end everything or be the last man standing or something. I just think they need to end the series where it begun on the screen, with Doctor Lawrence Gordon AKA Cary Elwes!

From the looks of it, Cary Elwes might be coming back for

, the (tentative) final entry in the series, according to a fairly reliable source. They were going ape about it on the
