She was troubled Warren and while she made a huge mistake, it has cost her the highest price and she has hurt her family and friends in the process. To wish her to burn in hell comes across as broken and cruel.
Since she only ended up seriously injuring herself and damaged property, her actions are mitigated by this fact. Serious, but since she has now passed on, the most mature and kindest thing to do, would be to allow for her to find her peace.

Just because someone did something that ended up costing them their life does not give them a free pass when they made what was or could have been a deadly mistake.
Homeowner(s) lost their house and probably most or all of their possessions making those that lived there homeless.
There should be more sympathy for them and not some DUI **** of a bitch.

Heche won't be afforded any pass at all, she's dead!
And I wouldn't worry about those that she "potentially" made homeless. I'd say they would be getting some big insurance award paid out and some of it from Heche's estate.
Things happen that we can't have any control over. She didn't kill anyone only herself.
