She has had upbringing trauma's allegedly, but she needn't get a free pass for being behind the wheel DUI and crashing. She hasn't killed anyone, but she needs serious help and not mollycoddling.

Anne Heche was reportedly under the influence of cocaine and possibly fentanyl when she was involved in a fiery car crash last week.
According to TMZ, the actress' blood test came back positive for both substances, although the Los Angeles Police Department says the fentanyl – a strong opioid painkiller – may have been administered to Heche at the hospital to help block the pain caused by the accident. More tests are being carried out to determine is fentanyl was in her system before the accident.
The outlet also reports that Heche was not under the influence of alcohol despite a photo that was taken before the crash showing a red-cap bottle in her car's cup holder. -

Which is it?

Even though she crashed into a house where she could have injured or killed someone then setting it on fire and used up all those resources, money and manpower to put it out.
We will get a sympathetic DA/LA justice system that favors celebs over us reg. folks who will probably sadly prove you right.

Celebrities live above the law and can even get away with murder. It shocked the hell out of me that Bill Cosby got a conviction, but he's free now.
As for Heche, at the very least, she was speeding, but they'll probably say it's not her fault cuz the speed limit sign was down. -

Yeah, I still find it amazing that Phil Spector died behind bars and that is where Harvey Weinstein is.
She will find a way to beat the system.

just found out she probably is not to survive which is a tragedy bc she is only 53 years old. her family is already preparing for her letting her die, so not keeping her alive. she is in a coma.
ale baldwin is evil and fool supporting her crashing her car into a house after crashing it into another building on the same street. this is reckless driving.
they found cocaine in her blood and she was drunk. nothing to support here or encourage idiot. im would almost like her to die to show alec his error in thinking.
