Firestarter is great, really good book. but I don't think its overlooked its somewhat of a classic. The Eyes of the Dragon is also good.
as far as most underrated/overlooked, I would go with these:
The Tommyknockers
The Dark Half
Needful Things
Gerald's Game- The Bachman Books - The Running Man is amazing, sh-t movie though. The Long Walk and Roadwork are both awesome, insane that there haven't been film adaptions to either one. Thinner is also pretty good, haven't seen the movie though.

Most of the Bachmans are probably overlooked, but "Roadwork" is the best of the Bachmans and, in my opinion, a Top 10 book from King's entire opus. I think if it had been published under the King name, it would be considered a literary classic today.
What else? Hmmmm. I think while "Cujo" is famous, it is often overlooked or dismissed. It has a lot of stuff to say about the disintegration of the ideal American nuclear family, and Donna Trenton is one of the most complex characters in King's work. -

I don't hear people talk about
Roadwork
or
The Running Man
much.

'The Dark Half', just a really good book and 'Secret Window, Secret Garden', similar and just as good, and another like themed story that has been overlooked in my opinion, is 'The Ballad of the Flexible Bullet'.
