u are soo wrong in every way. I'd give my right arm to meet u and tell you the real story, just to set u and the record straight. i've known both of them well since 1979. u have absolutely no idea what u are talking about. not sure where u get ur info from, but u are 100% inaccurate in ur tale.

From what I know from Brooke's story: Teri was much older than Frank Shields when she got pregnant with Brooke. Frank's family actually wanted Teri to have an abortion. But they chose to get married and it didn't last very long but the result was Teri chose to keep Brooke!
Teri may have lived a modeling/acting dream vicariously through Brooke. I do agree some elements of their relationship was strange. But I don't think Brooke abandoned her mother. She got to where it was time to cut the "apron strings" and whatever problems they had between them is their business.
