I really dug 'short cuts', but there are still alot of his films that I haven't seen. Any reccomendations for me?

Yeah, check the two thousand other threads on this board where people have recommended Altman films.
Just cut them up like regular chickens.

Well, I don't really have a favourite.
Rather some that I personally love such as;
That Cold Day In The Park - Really underrated and Sandy Dennis is very haunting in it.
Gosford Park - Being English I love the social class conflict film.
Images - Very dark but symbolic. A masterpiece for the film buff.

3 Women is my favorite! Actually feels like you're in a dream. WONDERFUL performances. You'll never forget this one.
I fully agree with this. 3 Women forever!
And after 3 Women, I also loved Short Cuts, The Player and Nashville. I really enjoyed The Long Goodbye and McCabe and Mrs. Miller. I thought Kansas City was very underrated and interesting too.

My favorite is Gosford Park, followed by The Player and MAS*H.

The Long Goodbye..his best by far.
I also loved Streamers and The Player among his lesser known films. Both are brilliant but small films.

M.A.S.H., the 1969 feature movie that started the long-running sitcom about the Korean War is my personal favorite. See it before you see any other of his works. None of them old a candle to M.A.S.H.

Gosford Park
Nashville
all the Altman films I've seen so far, and everyone a gem. The best I would say is Nashville for the quality of every vignette, the acting, the music, the range of personalities and how Altman manages to weave all the characters and situations all together. Pure talent.
