It is me suggesting that is what is going on.
Honestly, he just does not seem all that guilt stricken about it.
He lied about not pulling the trigger.
He is suing those who blamed him for the murder to try and make him look "innocent" in all this when he is not.
Why not in prison?
Because of white celeb privilege.
If this had been me or you in where we killed someone with a gun we thought was empty, the trial would have been over by now and we would be sitting in a prison cell for the next 20-30 yrs.
The case has finally gone from the detectives to the DA who will look it all over and decide from there of who to charge for what if at all in the next 15 yrs. or so.
(OK maybe not 15 years but c'mon and charge him already! This is so open and shut, it is ridiculous. He was a producer who should have checked the gun and should not have pulled the trigger.)
I won't be surprised if the charges get dropped against Alec (Murdering) Baldwin.
I will be surprised if this goes to trial where I will expect him to be acquitted.
