Her career didn't sink. She was working non stop, making 5 or 6 movies a year. She got pregnant and wanted to raise her kids in a normal family and have a normal life, and walked away from it. She didn't need the money. She was very well off in her own right, but her husband, Danny Elfman is as rich as chit too.
