He did look a lot better when he was young (though he still looked gay). Did Bridget even know him back in those days?
Bridget Fonda must have made enough money not to have to marry a man for it. I don't get what the attraction is to singers. Is a great voice really sexy enough to blind your eyes? -

- He seems to be a very good person (he's very kind and polite in all of the interviews I've seen).
- He's got an amazing and sexy voice, I love listening to him (singing and speaking).
- He's a genius. One of the most talented composers of all time.
- He's 56 and he's still very handsome. Magnetic smile and eyes and charismatic personality.
- Million of other reasons that we don't know but Bridget Fonda does because she really knows him.
So what else do you need? Stop saying stupid things about he's a toad or what has she seen in this man, because there aren't many people in the world as good person in all aspects as this man is.

She dated Dwight Yoakim in the past, she likes creative men, intellectual men, I have more respect for anyone, who is with someone they love and get along with, rather than someone who is with someone for shallowest of reasons e.g. looks and money.
I guess she could have married some Hollywood stud, and then have him sleeping with 19 year old nanny.

There's something really weird and about being so shallow as to sit on an internet forum and complain that a man you think is ugly married a beautiful woman, and then suddenly start accusing said woman of being shallow and marrying only for money. Why is it a good thing to marry someone only for physical appearance and a bad thing if it's done for money, and how the hell do you even know that's the case? I admit, Elfman is beginning to look a bit weird lately, but I'm sure he's the same intelligent, down-to-earth, friendly, funny guy he always was, and with a great talent for music and showmanship. If Bridget Fonda goes for those things before looks, kudos to her.

The fact that he was so incredibly gorgeous and sexy back in the day (espescially around 1984-1987) is reason enough to marry the man. Seriously, he was the freakin' God Of Sex. And it doesn't hurt that he's brilliant.

LOL at this thread! She also had a fling with Dwight Yokum. I love how people who really know nothing about a person except for their movie persona, make all these assumptions. She's into music, more than physical features, just cause your all horndogs

i must admit that i dont really think danny is a very attractive guy, especially today, but then, everyone ages. i think they married when he was already older, i think 2003.
still, you have to remember: THE GUY IS A GENIOUS. his movi scores are beyond amazing, his music just soares and you can see the touch of God in his music. one of the greatest modern composers out there. so i cant really blame her for falling for this man. i will admit, she was quite a little tamoli back in the day, especially her heyday in the 90's, but i honestly never thought she would marry someone like danny elfman. but hey, she married a genious!
