The saddest thing is his children and wife have lost both a father and a husband. His family have lost one of their own. His friends have lost a great support in their lives.
And since he averaged 16 films a decade, we'v238e lost out on many, many performances. Not to forget his stage work.
I can't think of an actor who had quite his range of emotion.
What a crummy reason he died for.

He made me laugh in "Twister" and made me cry as Truman Capote. I also cried when he passed away. I, too,will miss him for the rest of my life.
