He is but I think he's more of a "character actor". A lot of normal leading man roles wouldn't suit him.

he needed to do more offbeat roles and darker/quirkier material, like Scream. He tried to go commercial with kids and teen romcom movies and failed because they are a well that runs dry.
They could put him in some A24 psychological horror/drama movie like they do with other washed up 90s actors, and have a good chance at being nominated for an Oscar tho, like he always dreamed of
