if he were still alive? He made a lot of friends and enemies throughout his short life, and I think they would've increased the longer he lived. I mean, he sure didn't take any prisoners. He was very outspoken, and people either loved him or hated him for it. I just know the amount of feedback he got only would've grown as much as he did, whether people supported him or not. Who in the entertainment industry or in the world of politics, do you think would've had his back, and who do you think would've been on his sh!t list?

Undecided:
50 Cent- Who knows what would've been if Tupac and 50 Cent were both present in Hip-Hop at the same time. I mean, they both grew up around drug dealers, they both made common friends and enemies, they had similar falling- outs, they both survived getting shot, and they're probably the two most controversial rappers ever. With this in mind, I think they either would've had the ultimate friendship, or the ultimate "Beef" in music history.
Eminem- Either Tupac would've pulled a Benzino on Em and held his race accountable for his success, or he would've appreciated the support Em has shown him, and his talent.
Ja Rule- If Tupac saw more than just an "image" from him like his friends did, then they could've been cool.
Jay-Z- He might've been too systematic for Tupac's tastes.
Game- Jimmy Henchman was his manager, and the same guy responsible for getting Tupac shot in New York in 1994. I'm not sure if Game could have peace with both of them.
Floyd Mayweather- Another arrogant, averaged height, black man. I'm not sure if Tupac would've taken the relation well.
As you can see, I believe Tupac would have a very large following consisting of mostly actors in Black Hollywood around his age, or older. He loved black people, and minorities in general. I don't think there's anything he wouldn't have done to sustain their credibility as well as his own as an actor. His goal was always to assure the world of equality first and foremost, no matter what he did. He was determined to bridge the gaps between the races in any situation, as he was raised to fight oppression, coming from a Black Panther family. If his star rose in Hollywood, then I have no doubt he'd be speaking out more than anybody these days about the lack of diversity at the Oscars, assuming he didn't already get his point across sooner.
As far as his actual acting career goes, I can see him starring in some of the movies the actors listed above got to do. He was already on the move before he passed, auditioning for roles in movies such as "Forrest Gump", and "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace". If he progressed any further, then there's no telling how much success awaited him in Hollywood. I've estimated Oscars, film directing, political change, and some shagging here and there, lol. Although i'm not denying him any power or pleasure in music, I definitely think he'd have a better relationship with Hollywood than Hip-Hop right now.
Feel free to agree, disagree, or you can just post your own answers to the thread. -

Good post.
Thanks. I was hoping it went over well, because I put a lot of thought into it.
Chris Brown would have rode with him.
I guess I can agree, assuming Tupac wasn't enamored by Rihanna, lol. I have a feeling he would've treated her like a star pupil.
You know Chloe Kardashian would have tried her hardest to chase after him.
No kidding. The Kardashians love black men, and I doubt Tupac would've been an exception if he wasn't against them or Kanye West. -

i feel your referencing the tupac of the 90s to who he would of become had he lived .Pac was wreckless and wild he was kid 25 yrs old your still a kid in ways . You think you got it all figured out but you don't i think had he lived he would of matured alot he was very intelligent individual and probably would of dropped the whole thuglife image .toward the end of pacs life he cut himself off from alot of people he def wouldnt of been into 50 and ja rule if he did it would of been a big brother teaching them to change their ways from the thug image .I dont know about floyd pac was friends with a real boxer and fighter iron mike who TKO'D opponents not ran from them pac was a warrior the stay and fight kind not run .He def would of made enemies with kanye he would of shut his big mouth uncle tom mouth up kanye is and embarrassment to the black race .I agree too much of his peers im sure i would of added a few more .
I love having some mystery to the character without having to question who he is " -

Agreed. I don't think he'd be where he was when he died, although i'm not sure about him dropping "Thug Life" altogether. He was using the phrase to coin the struggling survivors of the ghetto. It was supposed to be a movement for them, and then spread outside of the country, according to Tupac's friend, Treach, from Naughty by Nature. Tupac was gonna go all the way with it and create a more positive meaning for the street life.
he def wouldnt of been into 50 and ja rule
I think it just depends on their peers. Ja actually hung around a lot of Tupac's, and he worked with Ashanti, lol. 50 had E-40, Dr. Dre, Young Buck, and Bang Em Smurf all supporting him for a time. -

we have to keep in mind that when pac died he was 25 and a kid a young idealists .Like most of us when we were young .Alot of pac's friends in hollywood are the knee jerk liberals who get behind causes to look more self righteous and the same ones who malcolm x warned against.pac was taught in the traditional teachings of black nationalism .Alot of the people on that list are for the most part self righteous liberals twats .Pac was passionate about the cause because he lived through it he was on the ground floor when beep was going down . Also pac was intelligence not subjectively but objectively unlike his peers .He even said it himself during and interview while filming gridlockd that 'acting isnt saving the world " unlike his peers who feel what their doing is changing the world . Pac knew better once again pac was a young idealists pac was also intelligent so for him to stick with his young ideals into his later years would of made him look stupid and .Pac was all about keeping it real so i'm sure from a political stand point he would of became libertarian .Pac had legal guns and believed in protecting yourself .Most of hollywood today is anti gun pac was all about strengthen the family having a mom n dad .In this sissified generation that wants to support lgbt he would lost friends also pac was non comformists he believed in individuality over the collective .He would of been treated like a leper and im sure alot of his 16d0"so called friends" would of turned on him for not towing the party line.See if he came out supporting the B.S in hollywood today he'd lose his credibility as keeping it real .The other thing with pac was he didnt care about others feelings or worry about being sensistivity to others feelings he just didnt give a fug . In the day and age of safe spaces pac would be any enemy to these nut jobs pac prided himself on exposing the truth .These people in hollywood today only care about the narrative that makes them look and sound better than they are .just my theory
You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life. -

True. Tupac had a lot of falling outs, as much as he was annying up with everybody. He never seemed to have too much consistency in keeping friends around. In fact he was of the belief in keeping his enemies closer to him for more assuring reasons. I guess I can see him getting into it with a lot of the peers I listed after a while, if not right away. Though, I do think he probably would've had a fair share of positive go-arounds too, especially with the women. He was very sensitive towards them, since he was raised by them, and felt he could relate to their tendencies. He probably could've forged an army of them for support, in the entertainment industry. I know he was getting along pretty well with black women there in particular, probably because they hit home the most for him. -

Yeah toward the end of his life tupac had a malcolm x moment he was so stuck in the teachings of his upbringing .As he matured i think he was realizing that the world isn't as bad as they were making it out to be. That not everyone is racists and that no one is holding you down but yourself .This is why i say he would of become a libertarian because alot of his views were left leaning .Liberals feel more than they think its like the old saying goes if your 35 and still a liberal you have no brain .Pac was too intelligent for the ideals he was brought up on alot of people in hollywood are left leaning even into adult hood . Pac would of been still into politics but his views would of changed im sure .The other thing tupac always seemed to have a problem with was he was bothered by the fact that he was raised by all women. That he never had a male influence in his life who was there to teach him how to be a man .So yeah he would of encouraged more strong smart demure women in the community and for men to act like men and be fathers to their children .If you look at hip hoppers today they are about wifing ratchet and hoes to make for house wives instead of going after and getting a real woman .So thats another thing pac would promote he would also be on board with marriage so throw out all that LGBT non sense .I dont think he'd make enemies but im sure he'd lose alot of friends in hollywood because alot of them especially now are on that BS progressive train it seems .Also pac was very out spoken and he wasnt afraid to speak his mind even if it hurt someone elses feelings .He'd be too harsh for for the kids of today and im sure the young talent thats in hollywood of today .Would find it hard to be around with him around because he has convictions and they dont . Alot of them are followers and hes a leader alot of them were raised as a participation award generation .Where everyone is a winner when pac was around winners were winners losers got ridiculed by winners .So pac would become what he was working at when he was a kid a true rebel and leader .He'd probably have a close tight nit group of people that he dealt with and got alot with .As far as BLM goes i dont think pac would beep with them they represent and old outdated way of thinking for which.Toward the end of his life he was realizing didn't work .

^ This. If you notice, I don't have really any of the actors of young Hollywood mentioned at all. I agree in thinking Tupac would've been too challenging for them to follow. I look at them right now, and a lot of them are worlds apart from where he was at their age. They're actually recognized as the kids they really are right now. They don't have as big of a societal outlook, or a bullseye hanging over their heads. I can't see them relating to Tupac at all if he was still alive. The miscommunication would probably be planetary at this point.
As I said before, I think Tupac would've been mostly supportive of celebrities around his age or older, and vice versa. -

Agreed toward the end of his life he was learning to sort them out and really learn how to pick and chose the people in his circle.Rap back then was a dog eat dog world so pac really had to fight and work hard for his position .Ive said it before the game now has become too democratic .everybody gets and award even the losers instead of being encouraged to want to be better than what they are.The other thing is pac was too smart for for his philosophy so he would eventually grow out of it .He was a young idealists like alot of the kids today and the grown ups today who never matured in their thought process .Pac was never one to go along with the grain he was a against the grain type of guy .So he would be even more of a outsider now than he was before .

I like this post.
2Pac seem like he was a sweetheart and then at the same time didn't hold back and spoke what was on his mind. I'm sure 2pac would have made friends with people like
Barrack Obama and Michelle
Nas
J Cole
Wale
Lupe Fiasco
not sure about Chris Brown.I think I can see Chris Brown and 2pac in the studio together
I'm not sure how he will feel towards Drake, his opinions about Drake is probably not a good one
Mariah Carey.I can see them working together in the studio she would love him
I know one post mentioned The Kardashian, I can see Kim or Khloe for sure after 2pac
Not sure how he would feel about Beyonc I think I can see him liking her
Missy Elliot I can see them getting along
Ludacris -

I forgot to add Taraji P. Henson to my list I can picture her being good friends with 2pac. I can see 2pac guest starring on Empire and him becoming cool buddies with Luscious and maybe rapper Xzibit.
I often wonder how Missy Elliot would get along with 2Pac, I think he would adore Missy
EminemI can see them being alright with each other.
