O M G!! you're right!!! Terence Stamp should have been Magneto instead!!! He totally would have been a more convincing and comic book-like Magneto!

I wouldn't say creepy but both are very interesting as villains. However, Walken is a better villain and is semi creepy. Heh-heh!

Maybe both, even if inclined to see Terence Stamp as more creepy due to some scenes where he looked like a corpse. But also, if i may continue the list Malcolm McDowell, David Bowie( just watch " The Hunger") and David Bennent.

Stamp is kind of scruffy-chic, like Paul Newman was circa 'Fort Apache the Bronx'

Hardly anyone can outcreep Christopher Walken when he's on form.

Willem Defoe. No one else comes close to him for the creepiness factor.

I don't think either one of them is creepy looking. Both were extremely handsome men in their younger days, and still are. I really like both of them and while Willem Dafoe has had a lot of creepy roles, he is a great actor for character roles, where the other two can play anybody!
