Man, if Marvel wants to right the great wrong that was committed with the first Daredevil movie, they will make one with Eric Stoltz as the lead. He looks just like Matt Murdock, and he is one of the few guys with the acting chops needed to convincingly play a blind lawyer with superhuman abilitiesunlike say, Ben Affleck. I am not alone in this, by the way. His name has been popping up in fans' discussions of Daredevil casting for about ten years now. Yeah, yeah, he's 49, but he looks significantly younger. Marvel should take a chance on him, like they did with Robert Downey, Jr. and Iron Man.

If Marvel had their head on straight, they'd get him to play Norman Osborn! Who better to play him, seriously?! I would agree about him playing Matt Murdock, but time has passed, and I can't imagine him even pretending to do any acrobatics, much less martial arts (personally, I'd like to see Michael C. Hall play Daredevil). I just pray to the Marvel gods that they don't get Ben Affleck for another role EVER AGAIN!!

Guess those of us that were like minded have now had to swallow those words as he's suited up for DC's Batman now. I didn't mind him as Daredevil myself but thought the movie wasn't written well, Elektra even worse. I imagine if Marvel did Daredevil again it would be a lot better. Curious what Netflix will do.
