I hope I'm in as good of shape as he is when I'm his age. I had no idea he was in his 50s during STE. I'm pretty sure Patrick Stewart was roughly the same age during filing but Scott literally looked at least 10 years younger than him.

He was in great shape during Enterprise and is still in great shape.
