It always was. It's called "gender dysphoria". However, once people took it out of that medicalized space and began to encourage "self-identification" without meeting legitimate criteria, the whole thing came off the rails and the crackpots came out of the woodwork. I believe adults should be able to do as they choose with their own bodies provided they're not hurting anyone else. However, once they started coming for the children and pushed an ideological agenda on them and started in with "childhood transitions", that was a step too far.

That would mean people like you either being forced to work or being sent to a mental asylum.
You think people were allowed to lounge around playing video games on benefits during the "good old days"?
Someone like you would either have been forced into work or deemed too insane to be part of polite society and locked away in a nuthouse.

Where are you gonna put them all? A camp? Where they can focus on becoming better? A place where they can concentrate on getting over their illness. A concentration camp if you will.
