Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Ralph Bellamy

I am not looking for "Rose5b4mary's Baby" or "Something Evil". This is a different film.
I had watched a part of this supernatural horror film on Netflix which I believe starred Ralph Bellamy and a younger actress. They come to some kind of haunted mansion. The first scene while the credits are still rolling involve the couple driving up to this large fancy house. Then Ralph Bellamy and his leading lady explore the abandoned house which is full of antiques and old furniture. I remember the woman was wearing a white blouse with full sleeves and long bowtie which were in vogue at the time. (I am not sure why I remember this detail and if I remember what Bellamy was wearing, I am sure I will die a happy man.) I only got through about 30 minutes but I meant to finish watching it later. Then Netflix seemed to have dumped it from its streaming repertoire. Any one know which film this might be? Or was it some kind of made-for-television episode, like "Night Gallery"? I tried looking on the IMDB but I couldn't find it listed under Ralph Bellamy. Unless I got confused and it wasn't starring Bellamy but I was sure it was. I think I found it by looking up all his films on Netflix through the listing for "Trading Places". thanks in advance, Classicalsteve

I don't think it was Ralph Bellamy, but maybe Bing Crosby in DR. COOK'S GARDEN [1971].
