While your point is generally true, I'm going to assume those numbers are real but extremely cherry picked.
The 90s economy was like living life on easy mode. Republicans taking over the house in the midterms also played a big part in Clinton's surplus.
Obama inherited a gaping budget hole from a huge recession so of course it was going to get better over time. Republicans also forced his hand by threatening to let the government default on its debts until they got a budget sequester.
Trump's last year obviously had a ton of COVID spending and the high unemployment from the pandemic would have meant a lot less revenue. Of course Biden couldn't not improve on that.
Between Iraq, Afghanistan, two rounds of Bush cuts, and two more rounds of Trump cuts that accounts for almost 100% of the extra debt we've built up since Clinton left office. -

Most of your post was reasonable, that last paragraph was smooth-brained material. Tax cuts don't account for debt, spending does, and tax revenue continued to go up year over year after tax cuts(minus 2020 due to Covid). So let's pretend your last paragraph there never existed and you've got an otherwise coherent post.

The deficit is spending minus revenue. Your can't just pretend one half of the equation doesn't exist. Both parties spend, even if their priorities on spending are different. Only of them even pretends to make a half assed attempt at paying for it.

I don't pretend one half doesn't exist. I'm saying the debt is not the result of the government not stealing enough from us, it's a result of them spending money they don't have. I'm never going to accept the horrible argument that they should steal more from us, they should stop spending so much. Also, the idea that tax cuts automatically lead to less tax revenue is false. Stop letting the government convince you that stealing more of your money is a good thing.

Your opinions or mine or anyone else's on the right amount of taxing vs spending are irrelevant to the topic. The bottom line is that Trump and Bush only cut one side of the equation and the gap got bigger. Even though their party constantly talks about the debt and deficit when they're out of the white house it's their actions that caused the biggest increases. But to be fair their standoffs when they're in the minority are also one of the reasons for a lot of the Democrat presidents having smaller deficits.

Not to mention Biden lowered nothing, Congress ended the Covid emergency and spending AGAINST Biden's wishes. But you people are stupid so you'll never comprehend this.

Regan had to rebuild the military in order to crush the Soviet Union. That "spending spree" literally ended the Cold War and secured decades of American dominance.
The Clinton "surplus" myth is pure accounting smoke and mirrors. He raided Social Security trust funds and benefited from the dot com boom. Then handed Bush the setup for a recession. He didn't fix spending whatsoever.
