Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Dean Cain

Look, Dean was my favorite Superman by far and I'm no fan of Obama, but am I the only one who thinks he's gone off the deep end with his ultra-conservative rants? Every week it seems he's on Fox News or tweeting up a storm about the evils of the left or how the American Sniper was his BFF and if you don't like the movie you support terror. He's becoming like a caricature, a walking Hank Hill. I don't remember him being like this a few years ago; he's just going overboard with these angry tweets trying to drum up publicity for himself. I'm afraid he's no longer going to be known for being Superman or any role; he'll be known for being a D-list celebrity loudmouth like Kathy Griffin. News sites no longer say "Former Superman actor has controversial opinion," they all say "Oh Geez, Dean Cain's at it again."
Where was this ultra-conservatism when he played Superman? He could have given us the Ronald Reagan supporting, America Rules manly Superman who liked teaching criminals a lesson in the old comics and delivering capital punishment to his villains. Instead, I remember him being this wishy-washy yuppie Superman who never punched a villain ONCE in the entire show and just crossed his arms preaching peace and went to new age marriage retreats with Lois. To find this ra-ra angry oaf Dean now is disconcerting to say the least.

Nope, he's pretty much spot-on. It's a good break from the libtard rants we hear from most actors.

I agree completely with the last post. It's refreshing to see an sctor with guts to speak out against the liberal infested Hollyweird. I really started to admire Dean Cain when he defended the Movie Sniper. He was friends with the guy the movie was based. There are plenty of people who rightly believe that Obama has continued to hurt this country more and more. He has no backbone on any issue dealing with foreign policy.

He seems crazy now. No doubt there are other unbalanced people who think him a hero now.

            In a nutshell: He's a nutsack.
No surprise we got only two dweebs cheering him on here, claiming its "refreshing to see an actor speak his mind", as if speaking nonsense makes the nonsense magically right Typical rightwingnut logic.
